However, the problem is that EM itself is a P-summon Deck, and it is easy to deploy without using this card, and the effect can be handled during the summon turn.
Rough Maker is the only high-level card that is difficult to P-summon with EM, but it also negates the effect, so it's not a good matchup.
Furthermore, EM has quite a severe place in summoning rights. It's a no-brainer to use summoning rights on this guy who doesn't have many good cards.
